idRisk was established in 2002 by Ken Hall and John White, to provide independent risk consulting services to UK and International organisations.
They identified that many of the major broking houses had reduced their capability to provide such services. In 2008, idRisk expanded their services to include Broker Reviews, which looks at the service provided by the brokers to their clients. Over the last 15 years, idRisk has worked with many FTSE100 clients and other major UK and International organisations. Over the last 10 years we have developed a number of market leading service tools, such as the Fee Calculator and Service Level Agreement.

Extensive experience across all areas of risk management and financing, particularly in delivering Risk Management Strategy, Alternative Risk Financing and Captive Insurance consulting including use of Captive vehicles to support third party Customer Insurance Affinity programmes.
A Chartered insurance Broker with 35 years of experience in the insurance and risk management sectors. Specializing in facilitation of Broker Selection and Broker performance Reviews working closely with our clients’ Finance, Risk, Legal and Procurement teams. Highly adept in the negotiation of client focused Service Level Agreements that increase client control over their risk service providers. Stephen also provides Expert Witness services in UK Insurance legal disputes.
Richard has over 35 years’ experience in the Corporate Insurance sector both in the UK and overseas designing and effecting innovative and cost-effective solutions for clients. He has experience of working within many different sectors. He has held senior executive positions with several large brokers and has extensive knowledge of the UK broking market. He is focussed on ensuring that the fit between a client and their broker is the absolute best that it can be.
Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute with over 30 years experience in the UK insurance sector working at many of the largest insurance brokers. Always worked closely with clients to deliver Insurance and Risk Management Programme Design and Insurance Programme Placement for UK, Pan European and Global Property, Liability and Motor exposures.
John has over 35 years’ experience in the Employee Benefits and Pensions sector, with a significant part of his career working for some of the largest Employee Benefits Advisers (Brokers) in the UK, including over 15 years at Aon. Roles held include Employee Benefits Director, National Accounts Director, and Principal Consultant. As a result, John understands how vital the relationship between adviser and client is, to ensure the employee benefits strategy meets the needs of the business and its employees.
