idRisk helped me to identify what I really wanted from a new broker which helped to hone the tender document.  As a result, we identified how important a managed claims service was for us and this in turn helped to produce a short list of potential brokers who could provide the services I required.

Their fee was covered more than 8 times by the savings made. I am certain that idRisk’s industry expertise meant that the savings achieved by the tender were greater and the tender process was more efficient and more productive than it would have been without their valuable input.
